A background in boxing and track and field spurred my love of fitness. My experiences in both track and field and functional movement allow me to take a dynamic approach and focus not only on motivating my clients inside the gym, but also encouraging them too make better decisions outside of the gym.
I started training people 4 years ago and since that time I’ve obtained a vast knowledge in all areas of fitness and continue to attend classes and seminars to further my knowledge.
I enjoy teaching people of all fitness levels and ages. If you are willing to learn I am willing to teach.
